DIY hair water using rice water

Let me break some DIY using rice water for hair and skin.Asian are the largest people who consume rice, they are abundant benefits of rice in skincare.

Let me tell you there is a village in China where womens use fermented rice water for hair and their hairs are no less than tv commercials ads we see today.

Today I bring you all the possible ways to use Rice water for your hair and skin.

You can use Rice water in 3 ways,

1. First boiled water, the water from half cooked rice which we generally don’t use. It is super thick, you can dilute it with water and pour in your scalp and use as a face wash. 2.Fermented water : The rice is soaked for overnight, it has more vitamins and minerals than any methods.

3.Rice water: A certain amount of rice is soaked for 2 to 3 hours before using it. This is an instant quick fix to the toner.

HAIR WATER:

Here I used the first and third method. I have recently coloured my hairs, yes, you can expect certain damage.

To make them healthy again I am trying many DIY will share in the upcoming post. I just diluted the half cooked rice water with plain water, after shampooing your hair just poured on my hairs from scalp to tip. kept it for 10 minutes, gave little massage and then rinse off with normal water.

The Ph level of hair is higher then Ph of plain rice water so you can go for Fermented water or Half cooked water. These methods have amino acids, Vitamin B, C , E and minerals, that help in repairing damaged, restoring volume and shine.

It also promotes hair growth and control dandruff and lice. Rice Water toner: This time I went with the third method. I just took two tablespoons of rice, washed it twice. soaked them with some water. I went on and soaked a few mint leaves along with rice for antibacterial and refresh feeling.

kept them for an hour and strained in a spray.

This toner helps in skin tightening, brightening , heals acne and help in skin cell growth.

For best result keep it in the fridge you can use it for a week, check before using for any foul smell. If you notice any foul smell then spray it in your scalp as the toner has become acidic in nature. spray it on hairs before taking a shower and then rinse off after half an hour. There are absolutely no side effects with this DIY, as a precaution do a patch test.

Till Next,

I am happy to see you suggesting natural options. Off the shelf, all products are laden with chemicals. Thanks for sharing so much info. I was using hair dye and my hair started falling. So I stopped and found an organic alternative. I use henna and Indigo and have nice soft hair even at 55.#wordsmithkaurreads #MyFriendAlexa #BlogChatter

The rice water shouldn’t be hot in the first method, or it causes hair loss in the long run.. So it’s better to use it the next day or after it completely cools off..

Good and easy one.. 👍🏽
