Inner Peace Among Human Beings

Holla peeps!

First time i’m talking on this topic, inner peace. Do give it a read ,small endeavor can change our perspective.

In a rush to get all the limelight and recognition that one thing this futuristic generation is missing out is the inner peace within themselves.

Hustling/Grinding for long hours in a sphere of life , giving no time for our own selves is surely spoiling our way of contemplating things in a creative manner -Amid of all the terrors or trouble human needs the calmness of soul , inner tranquility in a midst of howl and rage of outer storm .

As the world revolve so is the people evolve.

What’s left behind in this evolution is the inner peace, we may be well equipped with latest gadgets, apps that helps you in daily chores deep down we suffer emptiness.
Finding  inner peace in the amidst of chaotic life is a self discovery.

Break the Monotony :

Break monotonyRoutines are boring either waking up early to prepare meals, once in a while switch things up.
On of the blessings bestowon  us is waking late and ordering food while lounging on bed.

Guilt free Indulgence:

eat heart out

Don’t run down the guilt trip when you hop on the ice cream in midnight, even if you finish the entire tub yourself.
I often stalk people on Instagram (told you guilt free Indulgence) while having my favorite cookie which I can’t eat in front of kids.

Be Vocal:

Most of us doesn’t use this power, it’s also because we have been raised in a certain way where our opinion doesn’t matter. It’s not a crime to raise a opinion even if no one agrees to it. Don’t pre assume the consequences. Similarly learn to say No when it’s required.
At first it look like your stubborn later they will realized your hard to crack.

Meditate : Connect with yourself first, it may be either meditating or remembering your lord wholeheartedly. Trust me you can never goes wrong, you will find inner peace and happiness in away you can’t explain.

Do check

Switch OFF/ON: We are literally living life on social media, 90% of it is filled with negativity and we required a stable mind to survive in this world.

There is nothing important than your inner peace, just switch off and go live in the moment.

Agree with all you have mentioned , finding inner peace is so important , prayers do help and we should say No if we do not like few things .

Inner Peace at every stage of life is so vital. It adds a perfect balance to live. We are mostly engrossed on Social Media as you stated or mostly into the virtual world. We do WFH and are mostly at home gaping at our screens for hours. I planned a random lunch date with my man today and we felt so good outside 🙂 At times, it is important to break the everyday routine.

I am so glad that you have spoken about the importance if being vocal. We often dont express our opinion due to the fear of getting judged. However, it kills us internationally.

This was such an optimistic post. It’s so important to have that inner peace in this fast paced world. Meditation and self love is what I practise a lot.

Finding inner peace is become a necessity now a days especially switch off from the social media

Agree with most of what you wrote. However I do feel speaking up should be something inherently taught to everyone.
Also, everyone’s opinions and voices are important 🙂

Finding inner peace is imperative, you have shared an important perspective we live in an era of social media where we are only focussing on outward stuff rather than introspecting ourselves.

Inner peace is really very important for our well being. This post is really very interesting.

I have been feeling so low and frustrated lately… This post was really good… We do need to break the monotony, do a few things for ourselves and try to be peaceful!

Being vocal is one of the best way to speak out that i have learnt. It makes us feel good if we are vocal rather than keeping things inside.
