Suganda Antioxidant Serum review

Hello people!!!

Vitamin C aka Antioxidant serum has been saviour for me, i have tried many Vitamin c serum and everyone formula and actives are different.Today i have Suganda antioxidant serum for the review.

Antioxidant serum by Suganda

Suganda Antioxidant serum was always in my list, finally i got to try it and review it for you.

About the Brand:

Suganda is a Hyderabad brand started by Bindu, her products are scientifically made with Indian raw materials produce in her production studio. If your a skincare freak and have skin concern then this is the pit-stop.

It wouldn’t be wrong if i compare Suganda with The ordinary skincare brand as they cater skincare with a key ingredient for specific skin concern.

Few of the best launches are:

White lotus moisturizer

AHA  exfoliating serum 10% lactic acid

BHA exfoliating  serum 2% salicylic acid

Niacinamide 10%

Rosehip moisturizer

                   to name few……..

Let’s learn about Antioxidant serum:

It comes in a dark glass bottle, to avoid oxidization with a drop applicator that gives you full control.

Aqua, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate( stable vitamin C), Propanediol, Glycerin, Gotu Kola Extracts, Curcumin Extracts, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Caprlyl Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Hyaluronic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Fragrance ( Kashmiri Lavender essential Oil)

Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate: A stable form of L-ascorbic acid, a higher potent form of Vitamin C, that is less irritated and higher in effectiveness.

Centella or Gotu kola:

Centella plays major  ingredient in many products of Suganda as it capable of repairing skin barrier, calm inflammation and stimulate cell growth by building collagen.

Curcumin is a active ingredients of turmeric, known for its anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and strong antioxidant properties.

Hyaluronic acid:

Hyaluronic acid is a humectant that helps in retaining water in body. As we age HA decrease in our body, in order to get rid of dehydrated skin we need to apply hyaluronic acid topically.

Antioxidant serum comes in pale yellow in color with runny consistency. It absorb quickly and give a bit of sticky feel, which  will vanish after few minutes.

My experience:

I have been using it from quite a while, firstly i like it ingredients list which are different from other brands. Didn’t irritate skin and could see visible changes in fading of recent dark spots, though old and stubborn will take their own sweet little time.

I would definitely like to recommend this Vitamin C serum, especially if your dealing with acne, dark spots and sun damage.

Yes, you can use it AM & PM, topped it up with sunscreen in the morning. According to the studies using Vitamin c along with sunscreen increases its effectiveness in fighting free radicals and helps in protecting from UVA rays.

If you wanna purchase Antioxidant serum that can avail 10% discount throughout the year by using MS10%

When I was in school I would often scrub my face with either tomato or lemon to get some vitamin c dose but these days it is difficult to inculcate that in my routine. Might just give this a shot

The Antioxidant Serum by Suganda seems really useful. As you suggest it seems really good for tans and recent dark spots. Something really useful for us because of our spending a lot of time outdoors.
