So, Vitamin B3 is categorised in three types Niacin, Niacinamide and Nicotinamide.
While Niacin is already present in our body and we can avail it from Vegetables and chicken & fish.
The other two ingredients are often found in skincare and Haircare products, they are referred to as Niacinamide and Nicotinamide.

It a water soluble, it doesn’t dissolve in oil.
Hence they are usually found in water-based moisturizer, serum and sheet mask.
It has a ph-7, it’s neutral.
It can be used in a high percentage and can easily be tolerated by the skin.
Easily gets absorbed by the outer layer of skin, that helps in reducing evaporation of water from the skin that helps to increase the moisture content of the skin.
It also helps to control and alleviate mild to moderate acne as its an anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory.
