Niacinamide for skin

Uses of Niacinamide for skin aka Vitamin B3

Girls I got you BFF, who is an active and very stable ingredient and easy to work with your skincare.

So, Vitamin B3 is categorised in three types Niacin, Niacinamide and Nicotinamide.

While Niacin is already present in our body and we can avail it from Vegetables and chicken  & fish.

The other two ingredients are often found in skincare and Haircare products, they are referred to as Niacinamide and Nicotinamide.

More on Exfoliation:

It a water soluble, it doesn’t dissolve in oil.
Hence they are usually found in water-based moisturizer, serum and sheet mask.
It has a ph-7, it’s neutral.
It can be used in a high percentage and can easily be tolerated by the skin.

Easily gets absorbed by the outer layer of skin, that helps in reducing evaporation of water from the skin that helps to increase the moisture content of the skin.
It also helps to control and alleviate mild to moderate acne as its an anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory.
Control sebum:
It does help in less sebum production that leads to unclogging pores and visible less pore size.

So, many benefits yet we don’t have a single brand in India which formulate this on its own as in the international market.
Having my hopes high, as we are seeing a huge revolution in the Indian market.

Vitamin B3 is so good for skin.
We should have serums enriched with Vitamin B3 , which we can use in our daily skin care routine.

This post is very informative. I hadn’t a clue that vitamin b3 is so important part of skincare and that India has no brand that provides solely that. Now I wish we too have some brand coming up with products that fulfill this need.

Vitamin in any and every form is important. We often tend to neglect ourselves and reduce/stop intake of these vitamins. Great post.
